Massage with M Shipping Policy
This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.massagewithm.co.nz

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options - you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout, and prices will appear on the website. Shipping providers may be subject to change and therefore price changes, but currently just utilising the NZ Post system. These prices are based on up to 3kg and within NZ nationwide which covers 99% of products on the website. Additional costs may incur.

Pick Up in Store – If you select this. Please then contact Michelle by email michelle@massagewithm.co.nz or text 022 3566115 to arrange a mutually suitable pick up date/time. In most circumstances products can be picked up same day or next day at the latest, unless we are away from Tauranga or on days the studio is closed, we may be unavailable during normal business hours.

Standard Shipping - This is NZ Post economy shipping service. This is meant to take 2-3 working days. A tracking number is provided to track the parcel.

Shipping Express - This is the NZ Post courier service for shipping. This is meant to be delivered overnight - 2 days. A tracking is provided to track the parcel. The courier price may vary per product depending on the size of the bag required. If you wish to have signature added, this is an additional $3, please contact michelle@massagewithm.co.nz to arrange, an additional fee of $3 will be payable.

Rural delivery - An additional fee of $5.70 is added on top of the courier price for any rural delivery (this is in accordance with current NZ Post rural fee rates, and is subject to change should they change their rates).
Order Processing Time
All orders placed before Midday Monday to Wednesday and Friday are processed the same day and we do our best to dispatch the same day, if money is cleared. Orders placed Thursday will be processed with Friday orders. All orders placed on a weekend or public holidays, will be processed and dispatched as soon as money is cleared and next business day. Unfortunately there may be delays at times with the postal service, but by couriering all product, this gives us a tracking number so we can be kept up to date where the package is.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, if it is under a different price category as the Stripe payment system automatically deducts fees related to the total amount debited. However, you are welcome to contact michelle@massagewithm.co.nz as soon as possible to amend the address under the same category.

International Orders
We are not offering international shipping on our website at this stage. If you do wish to send something overseas, you can purchase this and send this yourself, or contact michelle@massagewithm.co.nz advising me of the country and address you wish it to go to, and I can find out from the post office.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Massage with M is not responsible for orders once they leave our premises. If the product arrives damaged at all, please make a claim with NZ Post, and I will do all I can to help the process.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase - please try and take care when selecting items, as there is cost involved with peoples time, packaging and potentially postage. Products can be returned for a full refund or credit, if they are in their original packaging and have not been opened or used. However, any postage & packaging costs involved can not be reimbursed, and are your own responsibility.

If you wish, you can opt for a credit to be applied to your client name or transfer to another client, to be used in the store or towards a massage or holistic pulsing session.
