Fascial Unwinding is a slow, intuitive process that helps release restrictions held within the body’s connective tissue, or fascia. Through subtle guided movement and deep listening, the body unwinds at its own pace — freeing layers of tension, emotion, and habitual holding patterns. 

Fascial Unwinding or Holistic Pulsing?

Both Fascial Unwinding and Holistic Pulsing are gentle,

mind-body approaches designed to support physical, emotional, and energetic balance. Both modalities can assist in releasing tension, unprocessed emotions, trauma, and ingrained movement patterns. Despite overlapping outcomes, the experience and methodology differ significantly.
